COVID-19 Update

The office of Dr. Blem is open and ready to serve our patients! We are taking all of the proper precautions regarding COVID-19 and, as always, we will continue to follow all proper sanitation practices and have implemented social distancing measures. We ask that only the patient come up to the office suite for the appointment and that all others remain downstairs in their vehicle. We are also asking everyone to wear a mask.

If you have an appointment scheduled with us, please note that when you arrive, a staff member of Lafayette General Health will greet you at the front entrance. They will take your temperature and ask you a series of questions. If you present with any symptoms, they will contact our office and notify a nurse who will then instruct you further.

If you feel that your appointment is not urgent and can be postponed, please contact the office at 337-264-1011 to reschedule.
